ROSS Rapid Response Program (RRP):

The ROSS Rapid Response Program (RRSP) is now open and accepting applications.  This one-time funding opportunity is designed to help HUD-assisted communities respond quickly to urgent challenges affecting residents. Through expedited, cost-reimbursable grants, RRP supports service coordination and limited direct services so communities can provide timely support where it’s needed most. 

RRP funding can help address:

• Natural disasters
• Public health crises
• Economic disruptions

Current or former ROSS grantees (since 2017) that meet the eligibility requirements in Notice PIH 2025-23 are encouraged to apply.  See the FAQs here.
