Please be sure to update your 9887 templates effective on or after 7/10/2023.  This will be a finding at an MOR if they are signed on or after the effective date and contain CAHI's previous Oakland address. 

We strongly encourage OAs to submit pdf documents via email, to do so CAHI’s official mailbox must be used:  cahi-submissions@cgifederal.com. Failure to do so may mean that your submittal is not logged and it may not be processed. Please ensure all PII has been redacted prior to submitting documents to CAHI.
