NLHA’s Education Fund is accepting applications for resident scholarships. Over the last few years, applications have been low, we want to make sure that the word is getting to the residents. Please ask your site managers and service coordinators/providers to share the flyer with Section 8 PBRA, voucher and tax credit property residents.

NLHA offers 4 types of scholarships what include trade vocational, college, graduate school and a tuition assistance for nontraditional students. The awards can be as high as $4000.

We generally award 30-40 scholarships. Since 2008 we have disbursed over $1.5 million to successful applicants. Applications are due by April 14.
