Multifamily Asset Management Communication During the Wildfires

Monday, August 24, 2020

As the wildfires are raging across California and Nevada, HUD would like to remind all Multifamily properties to review their 'Disaster Management Plan' and ensure it is up-to-date. Please follow it should your property fall within an evacuation warning or evacuation zone and reach out to your properties assigned Account Executive (AE) as soon as it is safe to do so.

Multifamily Asset Management staff will continue to call each property in proximity to the fires to see if the property and residents are at risk and how they can help. If you are in an evacuation zone or are ordered to evacuate, please reach out to your AE as soon as it is safe to do so.

Please see here for a list of properties and the assigned AE.

If residents are ordered to evacuate, please make sure to keep track of your residents whereabouts. Make sure you have residents phone numbers and know where they are living. Please stay in daily contact with your AE.

Sending positive thoughts to you, your staff and residents in these crazy times. Please stay safe and stay in touch!
